Aminu Usman is a partner in M.B.Kangiwa & Associates, where he is part of the firm’s real estate and corporate advisory teams. He is a seasoned legal practitioner with over 30 years of experience in both public and private sectors.
Before joining M.B. Kangiwa & Associates, he was the Secretary to the Law Review Commission of Zanzibar, Tanzania. He was also a Principal Manager in the Legal Department of New Nigeria Development Company Limited, where he was involved in monitoring investments and compliance with regulatory rules in cement manufacturing, insurance, banking, hotel management, and holding in Nigeria blue chip companies.
He has advised on various real estate investments and has been an integral part of major transactions in the firm, such as project financing, receivership, banking and finance, corporate financing, and project developments.
