Nurat is the secretary at M.B. Kangiwa & Associates; she is the chief receptionist of the firm. She did her ND and HND in Business Administration at Auchi Federal Polytechnic, Edo State. She did her National Youth Service with M.B Kangiwa & Associates, where she was retained.
